Peter has several years experience guiding polar bear adventures in Churchill for Frontiers North. Prior to that, he spent time in Churchill photographing the region's wildlife and coastal landscapes.
With a life-long passion for the natural world, Peter enjoys through hiking, canoeing, kayaking and camping. One of his other passions is photography for which the natural world is often his subject; he has won numerous awards for his images. Peter is a longtime member of the Winnipeg South Photo Club and has served as club president twice.
Peter graduated from Red River Community College in 1970 and with a background in the physical sciences. He has worked for Manitoba Conservation for over thirty years and most recently as a 'resource planner' for the Manitoba Water Branch. Peter has three children and resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
