RESERVATIONS

To reserve your wildlife adventure, please call us at 1-800-663-9832 or 204-949-2050 to check availability for the dates you are interested in, fill out the enclosed registration form and mail it to the address indicated. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, personal cheque or bank transfer. Many of these trips fill up six to twelve months in advance. We suggest you reserve your space early.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT

Tour prices are based on double occupancy. If you are travelling alone and would like us to arrange a suitable roommate for you on the trip, we will make every effort to do so. If a roommate is not available or you wish single accommodations (where available), we must charge a Single Supplement which reflects the additional cost we incur for a singly-occupied room. Please check with our sales/reservations desk for details.

DEPOSIT POLICY

At time of booking: $750 CAD per person. Full payment due 90 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This applies to all tours unless otherwise noted on individual itineraries. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, refunds will be made according to the following schedule: Deposit: $300 CAD per person non-refundable. 90-61 days prior to departure, 50% of total is non-refundable. Less than 60 days prior to departure, 100% non-refundable.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend trip cancellation/medical evacuation insurance. Because many advance logistical arrangements have been made prior to the operation of these trips, we must adhere to the above cancellation policy. In addition, you should be aware that some medical insurance policies do not cover your expenses, including medical evacuation, while travelling in a foreign country. Optional insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit and is 100% nonrefundable. Frontiers North will not be held responsible for missed connections, incorrect checkin times, improper documentation, lost, stolen or damaged luggage. Any additional expenses caused by late or cancelled transportation carriers will be borne by the traveller.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

We at Frontiers North, Inc. and Tundra Buggy® Tours Ltd. respect your privacy. Whether you visit our website or speak to an Adventure Planner, you may be asked to provide some personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and how you heard about us. Additional information is collected when you purchase products from us. Frontiers North Inc. and Tundra Buggy Tours Ltd. do not divulge, share or sell any personal information that you provide with any other organization unless providing that information is necessary to complete your travel package (for example a membership with Polar Bears International is included in some travel packages or you may request travel insurance). Frontiers North Inc. and Tundra Buggy Tours Ltd. may from time to time use your personal data such as your email address or mailing address to contact you with news or information that may be of interest to you. Frontiers North Inc. and Tundra Buggy Tours Ltd. employ standard security techniques such as firewall, 128-bit encryption and site monitoring. Your data is stored in a secure physical environment. Our staff accesses this information as required to fulfill our obligation with our guests. Our staff is trained in security procedures and comply with Frontiers North Inc. and Tundra Buggy Tours Ltd. code of conduct.
