The Tundra Buggy Lodge is situated in the heart of polar bear country! Since 1979 during October and November, we've been waking up with polar bears right outside our window.

By staying at the Tundra Buggy Lodge you're ensuring more time on your trip will be spent on the tundra with the bears. At the beginning and end of each day before our other guests from town arrive and after depart the prime bear viewing area, your buggy will have the tundra to itself. For you, that means experiencing the bears in unique lighting conditions, in seclusion.
